Corvair Puzzle

This classic MixUpPuzzle will rearrange the three Corvairs in the picture below.

To begin, click on the picture near the black tile or click on the word "Scramble" to auto-scramble the picture. Then click "Solve". Netscape users can only begin by clicking "Scramble".

The MixUpPuzzle was inspired by a plastic toy which was often found in the bottom of a box of "Cracker Jack" in the mid 1960's, and is sometimes called MagicSquares. The plastic toy version consisted of a frame which held 8 movable tiles in a 3 by 3 grid, the tiles were numbered and the object of the game was to arrange the tiles in numerical order.

Move the "tiles" by mouseclicking on adjacent areas next to the black tile if using Internet Explorer.
